Dear journalists,

BRICS Leaders Meeting will be held in Sanya, Hainan province on April 14,2011. To help you learn more about Hainan, International Press Center of Foreign Ministry and Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province jointly invite the Chinese and foreign journalists who have registered to cover the BRICS Leaders Meeting 2011 to participate in the reporting activities mainly involving Hainan's high-speed railway construction, measures of improving people's livelihood and efforts of building Hainan international tourist island.

The initial schedule is as follows :

April 11 (Monday)

14:00. Assemble at Sanya Station (Donghuan High-speed Railway)

Interview leaders of Donghuan High-speed Railway Company on the way

Visit Sanya Tongxin Jiayuan affordable housing project and interview relevant local officials

Visit State-run Sanya Nantian Farm and interview leaders of the Farm.

Evening: Check in at Sanya Zhujiang Nantian Hot Spring Hotel

April 12 (Tuesday)

Morning: Visit Baoting Yanoda Tropical Rainforest Park, interview Baoting officials

Tour around Baoting Betel Valley Folk Park, listen to the introduction of and interview the county officials.

Afternoon: Take a ride to Sanya and interview the city officials.

Evening: Dinner hosted by Sanya officials.
