To mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and China, on April 1, 2010, Ambassador Zhang Yan attended the Seminar on 'India and China: Public Diplomacy, Building Understanding' co-hosted by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) and the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS).
