Macau Tourism Promotional Month Launched in New Delhi

On the morning of November 20, 2007, Ambassador Sun Yuxi and Mr. Sanjeet, the India representative of Macau Government Tourism Office cut the ribbons to launch the Macau Tourism Promotional month in the Chinese Embassy.

Ambassador Sun noted that this year is the "China-India Friendship Year through Tourism" designated by leaders of both countries. He said China opened a tourism office in New Delhi in August and India is expected to open its tourism office in China soon. Both side increased the number of flights to and from China and India. The number of tourists from both sides increased very rapidly.

Mr. Sanjeet thanked Ambassador Sun for gracing the occasion by his presence and expressed the hope that more and more Indian tourists would visit Macau in the future.
