On December 14, 2025, as the grand finale of the series of events commemorating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and India, the “Lanting Culture Salon” Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in India and the India China Economic and Cultural Council, opened in New Delhi. The exhibition showcased the unique charm of Eastern aesthetics, attracting invited guests including exhibiting artists, diplomats from multiple countries, overseas Chinese in India, art enthusiasts, and journalists to the opening ceremony. 
Mr. He Meng, Minister of the Chinese Embassy in India, stated in his remarks that both China and India are cradles of ancient and splendid civilizations. Although the calligraphic and painting arts of the two nations differ in style, each embodies profound insights and lofty aspirations toward the universe, nature, and human life. He expressed hope that this exhibition would enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of both countries. 
Guests lingered before the artworks, frequently taking photos. At the interactive experience area, many visitors dipped brushes in ink to try their hand at writing, creating joyful moments filled with laughter and a lively atmosphere.
