The International Pledging Conference on Avian and Human Pandemic Influenza will take place at Great Wall Sheraton Hotel, Beijing on 17-18 January.

   Media personnel who wish to cover the conference should fill in the application form and the form of Declaration of Media Equipment for Customs Entry that can be obtained from the Press Office, Embassy of the People's Republic of China and prepare an official letter from the relevant affiliations. The above-mentioned documents should be sent to the Press Office, Embassy of the People's Republic of China before January 9, 2006.
